Wine and Dine Wednesday, 21 Sept 2022

Join us for the next instalment of our bi-monthly alumni dinner series, the Wine and Dine Wednesdays, on 21 September 2022, held at KOAL in the Shaw Centre.

 

For those who joined any of our previous Wine and Dine Wednesdays, it’s the same format: We have a mouth-watering menu of fiery food from KOAL grill, a casual Asian grill restaurant under the Les Amis group, that you can find below with vegetarian options available upon request. Red and white wines are included in the price, thanks to the generous sponsorship by a Singapore LSE alumnus.

 

The idea behind the Wine and Dine Wednesdays is to provide a platform for LSE alumni in Singapore to connect, meet new people and just have a pleasant dinner in the company of fellow LSE alumni and friends.

 

Menu

Starters

  • KOAL’s Bread Roll (Dinner Rolls, Bacon, Grilled Spring Onions, Sour Cream, Chive Butter)
  • Chunky Salmon Sashimi (Salmon Cubes, Shallots, Spicy, Tangy Coriander, Green Chili Dressing)
  • Mentaiko Fries (Topped with Japanese Mentaiko Mayonaise, Tobikko, Furikake, Nori, Spring Onions)
  • Crispy Pork Riblets (Tender Crisp Ribs, Mala Honey Glaze, Peanuts, Dried Chilli, Coriander)
  • Charred Broccoli (Florets of Broccoli, Charred With Soy Pickled Onions, Sesame Dressing, Bonito Flakes)

 

Mains

  • Salmon (Grilled Sashimi-Grade Salmon Filet, Kimchi Butter Sauce, Grilled Kale, Chive Oil)
  • Prawns (One Grilled Tiger Prawns with Gochuchang Sofrito Sauce)
